The Keiser University Multidisciplinary Center (KUMDC) is one of six regional Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) Multidisciplinary Centers providing a range of services including screenings, assessments, mentoring, and interventions for students with disabilities, as well as trainings, coaching, and strategies for school personnel who work with students with disabilities.

State Parent Training and Information Center
FND is a national network of individuals of all ages who may be at-risk, have disabilities, or have special needs and their families, professionals, and concerned citizens. The mission of FND is to strive for the complete integration and equality of persons with disabilities in a society without barriers and to serve families of children with disabilities, ages birth through 26, who have the full range of disabilities described in section 602(3) of IDEA. Florida Inclusion Network (FIN)

The Florida Inclusion Network (FIN) collaborates with DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, and Highlands district staff and school administrations to provide customized services and supports ensuring all students with disabilities have the same educational, social, and future opportunities as their peers. In partnership with these districts, FIN facilitates the implementation of inclusive best practices through: Data-driven, student-focused planning and problem-solving across districts and schools; Data-driven professional development and technical assistance to increase knowledge and skills of district and school personnel; Coaching and resources for district and school personnel to sustain inclusive best practices; Sharing information to build collaborative relationships between families, schools, and districts. FIN can also provide families with a variety of information and resources. Family concerns and needs are always carefully considered as part of FIN’s planning and problem-solving with districts and/or schools.
